Child Welfare and Attendance (Transfers) 

Child, Youth and Family Services staff members advise the public about school attendance, interdistrict transfers and appeals, the Tinsley desegregation program, truancy problems, expulsion procedures and appeals, alternatives to public schools, work permits, and related matters.
