Program Improvement (Networks for Success) 

What is Networks for Success?

Networks for Success (N4S) is a unit within the Curriculum Services program of the San Mateo County Office of Education now officially serving as an external provider for districts and schools at risk of entering and already in Program Improvement (PI). We will work with your district or school to assist you in exiting PI or in taking preventive measures to avoid entering PI. Short-term work addresses immediate actions. Long-term work facilitates sustaining achievement over time.

How Can Networks for Success Help You?

Networks for Success will facilitate:

• an academic program review;
• the development of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and the LEA Plan addendum;
• ongoing monitoring;
• understanding Program Improvement requirements; and
• the design and implementation of high quality professional development systems.

Networks for Success Core Staff

The team, including core staff and Program Improvement consultants, is fully versed in the research, mandates and processes related to PI. Additionally, team members have experience at the elementary, middle and high school levels in both teaching and administration.

What is Program Improvement?
