The Instructional Services Division provides leadership and resources to San Mateo County districts and schools in the areas of curriculum and instruction, assessment, instructional technology, program improvement, new teacher induction, principal support, preschool and child care, planning and professional development, and outdoor education.
In addition, job alike groups such as the Council for Instructional Improvement (CII), the Child Care Partnership Council, and the District Technology Coordinators meet regularly to receive information, share ideas, and explore future directions.
