- Your name and phone number
- The student's name and school district
- Brief message regarding your concern(s)
This line is monitored frequently and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If your district is unaware of your situation or your concerns, you should contact them for resolution prior to leaving a message on the help line. Thank you.
